• 

  WB analysis using 31299-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31299-1-AP (RAPGEF2 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of mouse kidney using 31299-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse kidney tissue using RAPGEF2 antibody (31299-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
