Enhanced Protease Inhibitor Cocktail (EDTA-Free,100X in DMSO)

Concentration:

100x

Cat no : PR20016

Product Information

Enhanced Protease Inhibitor Cocktail is a mix of protease inhibitors with broad specificity for various proteases, composed of Aprotinin, Bestatin, Leupetin, Pepstatin,  PMSF, E-64, Phosphoramidon to promote broad spectrum protection against serine, cysteine, and aspartic acid proteases, aminopeptidases, and metalloproteases, and can prevent protein degradation during generation of cell or tissue lysates. The protease inhibitor cocktail can be used in the applications of protein purification, immunoblot, co-immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry etc.

A mix of various protease inhibitors, such as Aprotinin, Bestatin, Leupetin, Pepstatin, PMSF, E-64, Phosphoramidon etc.

Storage

Store at -20℃ for a year.

Usage
