  WB analysis using 28939-1-AP

  Non-treated, VEGF (HZ-1038), EGF and Cobalt Chloride treated HUVEC cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28939-1-AP (Phospho-NOS3 (Thr495) antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 4℃ overnight. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with GAPDH antibody as loading control.

Background Information

Endothelial NOS (eNOS), also known as nitric oxide synthase 3 (NOS3), has a protective function in the cardiovascular system, which is attributed to NO production. Polymorphisms in NOS3 gene affects the susceptibility to several diseases such as hypertension, preeclampsia, diabetes mellitus, obesity, erectile dysfunction, and migraine.
