  WB analysis using 24143-1-AP

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24143-1-AP (PTPN6 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human ovary cancer using 24143-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary cancer tissue slide using 24143-1-AP (PTPN6 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Positive WB detected in: A431 cells, HL-60 cells, Jurkat cells, K-562 cells, Raji cells
• Positive IHC detected in: human ovary cancer tissue; Note: suggested antigen retrieval with TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) Alternatively, antigen retrieval may be performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0

Recommended dilution

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:6000
• Immunohistochemistry (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
