  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28362-1-AP (PLCG1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of Jurkat using 28362-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using PLCG1 antibody (28362-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002).
