  WB result of NUP155 antibody (66359-1-Ig, 1: 6000) with si-Control and si-NUP155 transfected HEK293 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66359-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66359-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
