  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83376-3-RR (same clone as 83376-3-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using NEIL1 antibody (83376-3-RR, Clone: 240322B7 ) at dilution of 1:300 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83376-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A549 using 83376-3-RR (same clone as 83376-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Neil1 Recombinant Antibody (83376-3-RR, Clone:240322B7) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83376-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
