  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using NDUFB8 antibody (83216-4-RR, Clone: 230510H1 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83216-4-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug NDUFB8 Recombinant antibody (83216-4-RR, Clone:230510H1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer.

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83216-4-RR against Human NDUFB8 were performed. The affinity constant is 5.00 nM.
