• 

  WB analysis using 83216-4-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83216-4-RR (NDUFB8 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using 83216-4-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 83216-4-RR (NDUFB8 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83216-4-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using NDUFB8 antibody (83216-4-RR, Clone: 230510H1 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83216-4-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug NDUFB8 Recombinant antibody (83216-4-RR, Clone:230510H1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Positive IHC detected in: human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue; Note: suggested antigen retrieval with TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) Alternatively, antigen retrieval may be performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0
• Positive IF/ICC detected in: HepG2 cells

• Flow Cytometry (FC) (INTRA): FC (INTRA) : 0.25 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
