  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16720-1-AP (NDUFB11 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

This protein is involved in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain and play a role in the growth, maintenance, and survival of neurons.
