• 

  WB analysis of mouse brain using 24565-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24565-1-AP (MYO10 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 24565-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24565-1-AP (MYO10 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of SH-SY5Y using 24565-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of SH-SY5Y cells using 24565-1-AP (MYO10 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• 

  FC experiment of RAW 264.7 using 24565-1-AP

  1X10^6 RAW 264.7 cells were stained with 0.2ug MYO10 antibody (24565-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
