• 

  FC experiment of mouse peritoneal macrophages using 98031-1-RR (same clone as 98031-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 mouse peritoneal macrophages were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse MMR/CD206 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98031-1-RR, Clone: 240344D12) or Isotype Control and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG. Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Mouse CD107b / LAMP2. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98031-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98031-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98031-1-RR against Mouse CD206 were performed. The affinity constant is 75.8 nM.
