Overview

MAXbind™ Staining Medium is a non-mammalian incubation agent that optimizes antibody staining in immunofluorescence and immunostaining assays. Used with MAXblock™ Blocking Medium, MAXbind promotes superior antibody binding while eliminating non-specific primary and secondary antibody binding. MAXbind has proven effective in immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, Western blotting and ELISA.

Description

Immunofluorescence staining with MAXbind

Figure 1: Immunofluorescence staining with MAXbind.Bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells were labeled for mitochondria (red), F-actin (green) and DAPI (blue) using MAX Stain™ immunofluorescence and immunostaining products. In addition to MAXbind, MAXblock and MAXwash™ were used in the creation of this image.
