  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83880-5-RR against Human LRFN5 were performed. The affinity constant is 2.95 nM.

Background Information

Leucine-rich repeat and fibronectin type-III domain-containing protein 5(LRFN5), belongs to a family of five small transmembrane protein genes involved in the development, organization, and plasticity of synapses. LRFN5 has another synonym which stands for synaptic adhesion-like molecule 5 (SALM5).
