  FC experiment of C57BL/6 Th1-polarized splenocytes using 98045-1-RR (same clone as 98045-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 unstimulated or PMA, Ionomycin and Brefeldin A treated C57BL/6 Th1-polarized splenocytes were intracellularly stained with APC Anti-Mouse CD4 (GK1.5) and 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse IFN-gamma Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98045-1-RR, Clone:240262C9) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98045-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98045-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98045-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98045-1-RR against Mouse IFN-gamma were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
