By WB, it labels a band at the expected molecular weight, but this band is very likely not the real protein, because it is increased during adipocyte differentiation, which should be decreased during the process according to literature.By IF, PFA fixation, it labels the protein in the nucleus. But according to literature, it is localised in the cell surface and the Gogli.
