  WB analysis using 83492-7-RR (same clone as 83492-7-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83492-7-RR (HTRA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83492-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83492-7-RR (same clone as 83492-7-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using HTRA2 antibody (83492-7-RR, Clone: 240496D1 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83492-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83492-7-RR (same clone as 83492-7-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug HTRA2 Recombinant antibody (83492-7-RR, Clone:240496D1) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83492-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83492-7-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83492-7-RR against Human HTRA2 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
