  WB analysis of Raji using 55072-1-AP

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55072-1-AP (HLA-DQA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

HLA-DQA2, also named as HLA-DXA, belongs to the MHC class II family. It binds peptides derived from antigens that access the endocytic route of antigen presenting cells (APC) and presents them on the cell surface for recognition by the CD4 T-cells. The antibody is specific to HLA-DQA2.
