  WB analysis of PC-3 using 68012-1-Ig (same clone as 68012-1-PBS)

  PC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68012-1-Ig (GATA4 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68012-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

GATA4 is a transcriptional activator. GATA4 binds to the consensus sequence 5'-AGATAG-3'. GATA4 acts as a transcriptional activator of ANF in cooperation with NKX2-5. Mutation of GATA4 will cause the atrial septal defect type 2 (ASD2).
