  WB analysis using 82508-1-RR (same clone as 82508-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82508-1-RR (FH antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82508-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 82508-1-RR (same clone as 82508-1-PBS)

Background Information

FH(fumarate hydratase) belongs to the class-II fumarase/aspartase family. It is an enzymatic component of the tricarboxylic acid cycle, catalyzing the conversion of fumarate to malate. FH also acts as a tumor suppressor function of FH in sporadic kidney cancer(PMID:21695080). Mutations in this gene can cause fumarase deficiency and lead to progressive encephalopathy.
