  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 55176-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55176-1-AP (FBXO43 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 55176-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (10% Formaldehyde) fixed HEK-293 cells using 55176-1-AP (FBXO43 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Background Information

FBXO43, also named as EMI2 and FBP5B, is required to establish and maintain the arrest of oocytes at the second meiotic metaphase until fertilization. It acts by inhibiting the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) ubiquitin ligase. FBXO43 recognizes and binds to some phosphorylated proteins and promotes their ubiquitination and degradation. We got ~70 kDa band in our detection.
