• 

  WB analysis using 25450-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25450-1-AP (DCLK2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of mouse brain using 25450-1-AP

  IP result of anti-DCLK2 (IP:25450-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:25450-1-AP 1:3000) with mouse brain tissue lysate 2100 ug.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 25450-1-AP

Background Information

DCLK2 belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, contains two N-terminal doublecortin domains, a C-terminal serine/threonine protein kinase domain, and a serine/proline-rich domain in between the doublecortin and the protein kinase domains. DCLK2 is expressed in the brain, heart and eyes (PMID: 18075264).
