  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 12564-1-AP

  WB result of CNOT4 antibody (12564-1-AP; 1:3000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-CNOT4 transfected MCF-7 cells.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse skeletal muscle using 12564-1-AP

  mouse skeletal muscle tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12564-1-AP (CNOT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
