  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13976-1-AP (CNNM3 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 13976-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Human Cyclin M 3 (CNNM3) has five transmembrane domains located at the N-terminal region and a C terminus containing a CBS pair domain and a cyclin box, both of which are part of the ACD region. CNNM3 magnesium transporter raises the intracellular magnesium content of cancer cells contributing to increased tumor growth and the acquisition of oncogenic properties (PMID: 24632616).
