  WB analysis using 13030-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13030-1-AP (CHTF18 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of Y79 using 13030-1-AP

  Y79 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13030-1-AP (CHTF18 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human medulloblastoma using 13030-1-AP
