  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10510-1-AP (BLK antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Recommended dilution

Tyrosine-protein kinase Blk(BLK) is typically involved in cell proliferation and differentiation.BLK is a 58 kDa protein with important role in B-cell receptor signaling and B-cell development.
