  WB analysis using 30478-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30478-1-AP (B4GALT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of A549 using 30478-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using B4GALT4 antibody (30478-1-AP) at dilution of 1:2000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-phalloidin (red).
