• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 84543-1-RR

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84543-1-RR (Acetyl-Histone H3 (Lys9) antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 84543-1-RR

  Trichostatin A treated HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84543-1-RR (HIST1H3A antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 84543-1-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using HIST1H3A antibody (84543-1-RR, Clone: 241596F9 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).
