  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10726-1-AP (ATIC antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 10726-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using ATIC antibody (10726-1-AP) at dilution of 1:600 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 10726-1-AP

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug ATIC Polyclonal antibody (10726-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

5-Aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase/IMP cyclohydrolase (ATIC, also known as AICAR) is an enzyme that can catalyse the last two reactions in the de novo purine biosynthetic pathway, has been previously reported to be upregulated and to participate in myeloma and hepatocellular carcinoma progression (PMID: 35251351).
