  WB analysis using 67096-1-Ig (same clone as 67096-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67096-1-Ig (ATG9A antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67096-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human thyroid cancer using 67096-1-Ig (same clone as 67096-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human thyroid cancer tissue slide using 67096-1-Ig (ATG9A antibody) at dilution of 1:600 (under 10x lens. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67096-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using 67096-1-Ig (ATG9A antibody) at dilution of 1:100 and CoraLite488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67096-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ATG9A is the only transmembrane ATG protein essential for autophagy. It plays a key role in the organization of the preautophagosomal structure/phagophore assembly site (PAS). It has been reported that ATG9A expression is increased in oral squamous cell carcinoma and breast cancers. The inhibition of ATG9A can lead to an inhibition of cancer cell proliferation and invasion.(PMID: 29437695, 29568063)
