  WB analysis of mouse small intestine using 25245-1-AP

  mouse small intestine tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25245-1-AP (ASBT antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of mouse kidney using 25245-1-AP

  IP result of anti-ASBT (IP:25245-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:25245-1-AP 1:300) with mouse kidney tissue lysate 4000ug.
