Background Information

ARHGAP25 (Rho GTPase-activating protein 25) also known as KAIA0053, belongs to a family of Rho GTPase-modulating proteins which are implicated in actin remodeling, cell polarity, and cell migration. ARHGAP25 has a key role in the pathomechanism of autoantibody-induced arthritis in which it regulates inflammation.
