  FC experiment of HepG2 using 10769-1-AP

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human Septin 9 (10769-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

SEPT9 belongs to the septin family which is a group of highly conserved GTP-binding proteins in eukaryotes. SEPT9 plays a role in cytokinesis, the final stage of cell division. SEPT9 gene methylation has been implicated as a biomarker for colorectal cancer(CRC).
