What is 3D epitope mapping? At Proteintech, we employed multiple experimental techniques to map where our antibodies bind to the target protein (epitope), which is then visualized in a 3D view of the target protein. The 3D structure of target proteins are based on AI modelling and published protein data.

Why need 3D epitope mapping? There are many reasons why this knowledge is important. For example, it helps identify antibodies that bind to different sites for sandwich ELISA assays or those that bind at or away from activation domains. At Proteintech, we believe that it should be freely available to support your vital research.

Selection of immunogen domain:  Different from exactly epitope mapping, we have also added a bar representation of the target protein at the top of the search listings, allowing you to toggle the selection of the immunogen used to generate the antibodies.
