The role:

Proteintech is looking for a talented Digital Analytics Specialist to join our marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in improving the digital presence of the Proteintech brand by providing insight on how best to achieve this using your analytics experience and skill set. Responsibilities:

  • Analyse website traffic patterns, user interactions, and behavior

  • Identify trends and potential areas for improvement

  • Track key metrics such as user engagement, user flows, and page load times

  • Analyse user journeys to identify pain points and recommend solutions for smoother navigation

  • Provide insights that improve website usability and user engagement

  • Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to refine user experience based on data-driven findings

  • Monitor organic search performance and suggest ways to increase visibility

  • Generate and present reports that highlight website performance, user engagement, and key insights

  • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve website traffic, content strategy, and user satisfaction

  • Validate the accuracy of all collected data by troubleshooting tracking issues and ensuring proper implementation of tracking tools

 

Essential requirements:

  • Strong background in data analytics and the ability to create impactful visualisations, dashboards and reports.

  • Experienced with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Looker Studio.

  • Extensive experience in GA4 – including deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign tracking, and performance analysis across SEO, PPC, and other digital channels.

  • High level of professional communication skills and the confidence to interact with scientists at all levels.

  • Independent, driven and able to work on own initiative.
