Background Information
SYT7, also named as PCANAP7 and IPCA-7, belongs to the synaptotagmin family. SYT7 may be involved in Ca2+-dependent exocytosis of secretory vesicles through Ca2+ and phospholipid binding to the C2 domain or may serve as Ca2+ sensors in the process of vesicular trafficking and exocytosis.

FH Olga (Verified Customer) (01-17-2025) | I was disapointed as it did not recognize the band of declared 42-46 kDa in any tissue and cell lysate tested - only the bands of about 55 kDa and mouse brain tissue and cells - and a band of about 100 kDa in all lanes
