  WB analysis of K-562 using 20285-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20285-1-AP (XRCC2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 20285-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20285-1-AP (XRCC2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of K-562 using 20285-1-AP
