• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83077-4-RR (same clone as 83077-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Stt3a Recombinant Antibody (83077-4-RR, Clone:230426B10) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb(blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83077-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity experiments of 83077-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83077-4-RR against Human STT3A were performed. The affinity constant is 9.73 nM.
