• 

  WB analysis using 28434-1-AP

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28434-1-AP (SETD5 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of BxPC-3 using 28434-1-AP

  IP result of anti-SETD5 (IP:28434-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:28434-1-AP 1:600) with BxPC-3 cells lysate 2360 ug.
