PIK3C3(Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase catalytic subunit type 3) is also named as VPS34 and belongs to the PI3/PI4-kinase family.It is a catalytic subunit of the PI3K complex that mediates formation of phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate which plays a key role in initiation and maturation of autophagosomes.It can form a dimer(PMID:20339072).

Balawant (Verified Customer) (08-19-2026) | I have used this VPS34 antibody for both Western blotting and immunofluorescence (IF) staining of colon tissue, and it has worked very well. For Western blotting, I used a 1:1400 dilution, and for immunofluorescence, I used a 1:350 dilution. The antibody provided strong and specific signals with good reproducibility. Overall, I am very satisfied with its performance and would recommend it for detecting VPS34 expression in colon tissue.
