  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20312-1-AP (NDUFA9 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

It is involved in stabilizing the junction between membrane and matrix arms of complex I, a late assembly step critical for complex I biogenesis and activity.
