*We have validated the MultiPro® Human Discovery Panel with the following protocol from 10x Genomics with one important change. The use of Enhanced Blocking Reagent (G900005) is highly recommended for improved signal-to-noise. See protocol for more details.

Sequencing Parameters

IMPORTANT: The sequencing parameters for MultiPro® are distinct from those required for 10x Genomics Gene Expression Flex sequencing libraries. MultiPro™ sequencing parameters are also distinct from other commercially available oligonucleotide conjugated antibodies. Please be mindful of this when setting up your sequencing run.
