  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 24693-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24693-1-AP (KIF7 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of HEK-293 using 24693-1-AP

  IP result of anti-KIF7 (IP:24693-1-AP, 5ug; Detection:24693-1-AP 1:500) with HEK-293 cells lysate 1760ug.
