Background Information
Nectin-4, also named PVRL4, belongs to the family of cell adhesion molecules that regulate the formation of adherence functions in epithelial cells through the AF-6 afadin scaffold molecule. Nectin-4 is reported as a histological and serological marker for breast carcinoma.
