  WB analysis of DU 145 using 26355-1-AP

  DU 145 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26355-1-AP (FLJ14213 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human stomach cancer using 26355-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 26355-1-AP (FLJ14213 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
