Background Information

DHRSX(Dehydrogenase/reductase SDR family member on chromosome X) is also named as CXorf11, DHRS5X and belongs to the short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDR) family. It is involved in the metabolism of a large variety of compounds, including steroid hormones, prostaglandins, retinoids, lipids and xenobiotics.
