  FC experiment of human PBMCs using PE-65160

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 10 ul PE Anti-Human CD116 (PE-65160, Clone:4H1) (red), or PE Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (blue), or unstained (black). Cells were not fixed. Monocytes were gated.
