We've transitioned to cotton-based packaging, designed to minimize environmental impact without compromising quality or delivery reliability.

Save your packaging
After unpacking your order, keep the cotton pouch instead of discarding it.

Choose your return option
A. Request a return label if you’re ready to send your used cotton pouches back now; or
B. Alternatively, you can request a return box, which is designed to collect multiple pouches over time. Once it’s full, you can ship it back all at once.

Pack and ship
Use the provided label or return box to send the pouches back to Proteintech.

We reuse it
Returned packaging is cleaned, sanitized, and put back into circulation, helping us cut down on non-degradable waste and promote a circular packaging system.
