• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu de muscle squelettique humain; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.

EYA4 (Eyes absent homolog 4) participates directly in the modulation of cellular signaling through its phosphatase activity and plays a role in the embryonic and post-natal development of the mature organs of CORTI. This protein may be involved in the development of the eye. It has 5 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
