  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HEK-293 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 USP10 antibody (CL488-67917, Clone: 1B10C9 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-67917

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human USP10 (CL488-67917, Clone:1B10C9) (red), or 0.4 ug x. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Hintergrundinformationen

USP10, a cytoplasmic ubiquitin-specific protease, deubiquitinates p53, reversing Mdm2-induced p53 nuclear export and degradation. After DNA damage, USP10 is stabilized, and a fraction of USP10 translocates to the nucleus to activate p53. The translocation and stabilization of USP10 is regulated by ATM -mediated phosphorylation of USP10 at Thr42 and Ser337. (PMID: 20096447, PMID: 26876938)
