  WB analysis using 11953-1-AP

  HepG2 cell lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11953-1-AP (TRIM6 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of COLO 320 using 11953-1-AP

  COLO 320 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11953-1-AP (TRIM6 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  human liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11953-1-AP (TRIM6 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolonkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
